Wire mesh reinforcement sits atop the concrete wall, extending horizontally along its length. Shadows cast by the beams fall across the wall and platforms. Dirt and scattered construction debris lie at the base of the wall, and additional scaffold sections and planks extend into the distance along the wall. The sky is visible in the background.
