Horse-drawn carts and carriages are depicted on the paved surface near the building, and a sculpted fountain or monument with statuary appears toward the left edge. Low surrounding buildings and rooftops extend behind and beside the main structure, and a dome rises in the distance to the left. The sky is rendered with horizontal line shading and large billowing clouds, and a narrow decorative border frames the entire image.
