The top section contains two blocks of dense, dark text separated by a thin vertical rule, and a decorative initial on the left margin with floral motifs. The lower section shows a framed rectangular area with neat rows of stylized calligraphic strokes and marks arranged horizontally, each row written in dark ink with varying thickness and elongated vertical tails on some strokes. The margins around the page are wide and empty, and faint impressions and smudges are visible in places on the paper.
