The left engraving shows a delicate stem with a few leaves and a blossoming flower with layered petals and a bud at the top, all rendered in a darker brown against the lighter background. The right engraving depicts a fuller cluster of flowers with large layered blooms, several elongated leaves, and curved stems, also in a darker brown. The plate surface has visible scratches, spots, and areas of discoloration, with subtle iridescent patches and darker margins around the edges. The surrounding background outside the plate is a flat neutral gray.
