Denarius, Lucius Verus (130–169; Roman emperor 161–169). Obverse: Head of Lucius Verus without a cap to the right, inscription 'ERVS AVG - ARMENIA, VS' around. Reverse: Mars stands right, holds a spear in his right hand, rests his left on a round shield standing on the ground, inscription 'TR P IIII - IMP II COS II' around. Date: 163–164. Roman Empire (27 BC–476), Rome. Coin. Diameter 16.0–17.5 mm, weight 2.85 g, axis 180 degrees.
