Reverse: Ceres veiled, seated on a cista facing left, holding ears of corn in her extended right hand and a long torch in her left, legend 'C·E·RE' circumferential. Issuer: Marcus Aurelius (121–180; Roman emperor 161–180). Iconography: Roman deities, ears of corn, torches. Date: 161–176. Place: Rome, Roman Empire. Medium: coin (denarius). Diameter: 18.0–18.5 mm. Weight: 2.85 g. Axis: 15 degrees.
