Obverse: bust of Sapor II facing right; wearing a mural crown with a globe atop, short curly beard tied at the bottom, curly hair tied in a round lock; Pahlavi inscription. Reverse: burning altar; on both sides below it, crescents on pedestals facing away from each other, three dots forming a triangle below the pedestals; pearl border; Pahlavi inscription.
