Denarius of Marcus Aurelius (121–180; Roman emperor 161–180). Obverse: Bust of Marcus Aurelius in laurel wreath, armor and cloak (paludamentum), facing right, inscription M AVREL ANT - ONINVS AVG. Reverse: Fortuna seated left, holding a rudder in her right hand and a cornucopia in her left, a wheel under the seat, inscription TR P XXXIIII - IMP X COS III PP. Date: 179–180. Roman Empire (27 BC–476). Coin. Diameter 17.0–17.5 mm, weight 3.02 g, axis 0°.
