Obverse: Head of young Marcus Aurelius without a covering to the right, legend AVRELIVS CAE SAR AVG PII F. Reverse: Pietas stands left, stretches her right hand above the child standing at her side, holds a long scepter in her left hand, legend TR POT III… SI… and PIETAS in the segment.
