Obverse: Bust of Faustina I in drapery facing right, inscription D IVA - FAVSTINA around. Reverse: Ceres in a veil standing left, holding ears of corn in her outstretched right hand and a long torch in her left, inscription C - E - RES circumferential. Iconography: Ceres (Roman deity), ears of corn, torches; Faustina the Elder — iconography. Date: after 141. Culture/place: Roman Empire, Rome. Medium/function: Coin (denarius). Measurements: diameter 17.0–18.0 mm, weight 2.70 g, axis 180 degrees.
