Reverse: Hadrian standing left, wearing a toga, holding a scroll in his left hand, giving his right hand to the personification of Spain kneeling before him; Spain kneeling right, wearing a long robe, extending his right hand to Hadrian, holding a branch in his left hand, a rabbit between the figures; rim inscription: RES HISPANIAE.
