Obverse: Head of Antoninus Pius in a laurel wreath facing right, inscription ANTONINVS AVG—PIVS P P TR P XII (all around). Reverse: Spes walking left, holding a flower in her right hand and lifting the hem of her robe with her left, inscription COS III (style reading O-S-I I all around), dated after 148. Roman Empire (27 BC–476), Rome. Coin: diameter 18.0–18.5 mm, weight 3.25 g, axis 180°.
