Obverse: bust of the king in a cloak fastened on the shoulder with a flower-shaped clasp, hair partially tied back; rim inscription divided by an orbicularis royale at the top: DGFRID:AUG:AUG:REX POL:DUX SAX:ICMA&W. Reverse: under the crown a five-field coat of arms with the coats of arms of Poland, Lithuania, and Saxony; the shield is surrounded by two palm branches. Below the shield the letters IGS; below them a miner's hook (symbol of the Dresden Mint). Inscription around the rim, divided at the top by a crown: SAC:ROM:IMP:ARCHIM:ET ELECT:1719. 1719. Coin from Dresden, Saxony, diameter 30.6 mm, weight 10.43 g., A circular gold-colored coin photographed against a white background showing a raised profile bust of a person facing right with long wavy hair and draped clothing; the coin surface has a slightly worn texture with fine scratches and small marks, a reeded rim, and a ring of raised lettering around the edge.
