Obverse: bust of the king in a cloak fastened on the shoulder with a flower-shaped clasp, hair partially tied back; rim inscription divided by an orbicularis royale at the top: DGFRID:AUG:AUG:REX POL:DUX SAX:ICMA&W. Reverse: under the crown a five-field coat of arms with the coats of arms of Poland, Lithuania, and Saxony; the shield is surrounded by two palm branches.
