Obverse: Silesian eagle within a pearl-shaped rim, with the coat of arms of Zloty Potok/Olesnica/Podebradowicze in the centre; date 16 - 12 to left and right of the eagle. Reverse: within a pearl-shaped rim, four coats of arms of the Duchy of Ziebice-Olesnica (two Silesian shields, chessboard, diagonal stripes) pointing downwards toward the centre, forming a cross, dot in the centre; letters C - H - Z - M at the rim in gaps between shields, 1612. Duchy of Olesnica (1313–1884). Coin, diameter 16.3 mm, weight 1.74 g.
