Légende
Bracteate, 1135–1138. Depicts a kneeling prince (Boleslaw III Wrymouth) in profile with hands outstretched toward a standing bishop (Saint Adalbert) dressed in liturgical vestments; the bishop holds a crosier in his left hand and rests his right hand on the prince’s head (gesture of protection). In a pearl border; around the rim is the inscription +SVLREBLADBOLEZLAV. Romanesque style, Middle Ages. Coin (bracteate), diameter 25.1–26.9 mm, weight 0.67 g.
