Légende
Bracteate, Boleslaw III Krzywousty (Prince of Poland; 1086–1138). In a pearl border, on the left side facing right, a kneeling prince shown in profile with hands outstretched toward the bishop standing before him. Dressed in liturgical vestments, St. Adalbert (ca. 956–997) holds a crosier in his left hand while his right hand rests on the prince's head. At the height of the bishop's head are five dots arranged in the shape of an isosceles cross (one in the center). Around the rim, within a linear border, is the inscription ALVSIEBOLOD. Romanesque style, 1135–1138. Coin (bracteate), diameter 25.8–26.5 mm, weight 0.40 g.
