Av.: under the crown a tied monogram composed of the letters SA; on sides the year 15-64; on the rim an inscription divided by the Topór coat of arms: .SIGIS.AVG.DG - REX.POLO.MDL. Rv.: under the ducal mitre, dividing the rim, a shield with the Lithuanian Pahonia and the value number III; in the rim the inscription: GROSS.AR.TRIP.MAG.DVCA.LI. Diameter approx. 21.0–21.5 mm; weight 2.67 g.
