Obverse: under the crown a tied monogram composed of the letters SA; on the sides year: 15 - 64; on the rim an inscription divided by the Topór coat of arms: .SIGIS.AVG.DG - REX.POLO.MDL. Reverse: under the prince's mitre, a shield with the Lithuanian Pahonia and the value number III; in the rim the inscription: GROSS.AR.TRIP.MAG.DVCA.L. Features: coats of arms, monograms, royal monograms, Pogon (coat of arms; Lithuania), tied monograms, SA monogram, coat of arms escutcheons under the ducal mitre. Date/place: 1564, Vilnius, Grand Duchy of Lithuania, Poland. Measurements: diameter 21.0–21.3 mm; weight 2.96 g.
