Obverse: under the crown a tied monogram composed of the letters SA, with the year on the sides: 15 - 6Z; inscription around the rim: SIGIS.AVG.REX.PO.MAG.DVX.L. Reverse: Lithuanian Pogon (Pursuit) turned left, below the value number III and the Column coat of arms dividing the rim inscription: GROSS.AR.TRI - MAG.DVCA.LI. Features emblems of the Jagiellon dynasty, royal monogram SA, tied monograms, and Polish–Lithuanian heraldry.
