Obverse: below the inscription 'HALB/MARCK' two heraldic shields with the Eagle and Pogon; below the year '.1573.'; rim inscription '.MONE.NOVA.ARGENTEA'. Reverse: Gryf with a raised sword turned to the left separating the rim inscription '.DVCATVS, LIVONIAE, 1573'. Heraldic imagery: Gryf with Sword (coat of arms; Inflanty), coats of arms, gryphons, Jagiellons (dynasty), Eagle (coat of arms), Pogon (coat of arms). Polish coin; diameter ~28.0–28.4 mm; weight 4.7 g.
