Obverse: male bust of Frederick II, Duke of Brzeg-Legnica (1480–1547), turned right, with beard and sideburns, wearing a bonnet and a coat with a wide collar fastened by a chain; rim inscription '+FRIDERI.DGDVX.SLESI.LEGENIC3.BRIGEN'. Reverse: four-field coat of arms of the Duchy of Legnica–Brzeg topped with a jeweled helmet with labres; rim inscription 'VERBVM.DOMINI.MANET.IN.ETERNVM.I54I.' Silver coin (thaler), diameter 39.6 mm, weight 27.93 g, axis 135°.
