Silesian eagle; in the rim between the pearly borders an inscription 'VERB.DOMI.MANET.IN.ETERN.I.5.4.4.' Dated 1544. Maker: Michael Grosz (fl. ca. 1540–1555). Depicts Frederick II, Duke of Brzeg-Legnica (1480–1547); iconography includes portraits of rulers, portraits of the ruler in armor, busts of the ruler facing right. Materials/function: coin.
