Rev.: VENVS, IX — Venus, stripped to the waist, stands straight, head turned left, holding an apple in her right hand and a palm in her left; the elbow of her left hand rests on a shield; at her feet Cupid facing left, pearl rim. Date: 202–205. Place: Rome, Roman Empire (27 BC–476). Medium: coin. Diameter: 17.9–18.3 mm. Weight: 2.73 g.
