Obverse: Pogon (Lithuanian coat of arms) turned left; rim between pearl borders with inscription '+ MON, DI:13:'. Reverse: crowned Polish eagle; rim between pearl borders with inscription 'MAGNI:DVCIS:LI'. From the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, struck in Vilnius.
