Obverse: Pogon (Lithuanian coat of arms) turned left; in the rim between pearl borders an inscription: + TA:SIGISMVNDI:Z1. Reverse: Polish crowned eagle; in the rim between pearl borders an inscription: + MAGN,:DVCIS::LITVANIE. Dated 1521. Grand Duchy of Lithuania, Vilnius.
