Lithuanian half-grosz, Sigismund I the Old (King of Poland; 1506–1548). Silver coin (half-grosz), dated 1508–1529. Obverse: Pogon (Lithuanian coat of arms) turned left; in the rim between pearly borders an inscription: ONETA:SIGISMVNDI. Reverse: crowned Polish eagle; in the rim between pearly borders an inscription: + M, NI:DVCIS:LITVANIE. Related to the Jagiellon dynasty; features coats of arms and eagles. Struck in Vilnius, Grand Duchy of Lithuania (Poland).
