Obverse: Pursuer (emblem of Lithuania) turned left; in the rim between pearl borders an inscription: + MO, EA:SIGISMV, DI:15ZZ. Reverse: Polish eagle with a crown; in the rim between pearl borders an inscription: + MAGNI:DVCI, LITVANIE:, 1528. Minted in Vilnius, Grand Duchy of Lithuania.
