Lithuanian half-grosz, Sigismund I the Old (king of Poland; 1506–1548). Silver coin (half-grosz), 1528. Obverse: Pursuer (Pogonia) turned left; rim with pearl borders and inscription 'TA SIGISMV Z' (or similar). Reverse: Crowned Polish eagle; rim with pearl borders and inscription '+ MA DVCI VANIE 1528'. Style: Jagiellon-era Polish–Lithuanian coinage; emblems include eagle and Pursuer. Minted in Vilnius, Grand Duchy of Lithuania, Poland.
