Obverse: Pogon (mounted knight) turned left; in the rim between pearly borders the inscription: :DVCIS, ISMVNDI:15ZZ:. Reverse: crowned Polish Eagle; in the rim between pearly borders the inscription: + MO, DVCISLITV, 15ZZ:.
