Obv. Bust in a wide ruff and armor facing right, girded with a sash. A sceptre in his right hand. In front of the bust, on the right side in the coin field, a helmet with a plume and a raised visor. The figure's head divides the inner rim. In the rim between the rims is the inscription GEORG:WILHELM:V:G:G:M:Z:BRAN. Rev. Below the ducal mitre is a five-field coat of arms with ornaments. On the sides of the shield are the date numerals ZZ. In the rim between the borders an inscription divided by a mitre and ending with a heart D:H:R:R:ERT:C:V:CHVRF:I:P:Z:G:G:B:H. 1622. Ducal Prussia (1525–1701), Königsberg. Coin: diameter 29.4 mm, weight 6.16 g, axis 0°.
