Bronze coin, Pantikapaion, beginning of 3rd century BC. Obverse: head of a beardless Satyr in an ivy wreath facing left, with a twelve-pointed star countermark on the head. Reverse: lion head with gaping mouth facing left; below, a sturgeon facing left; letters on the sides and at the top; countermark (bow in a quiver) on the head. Iconography: Satyr, lion head, sturgeon, twelve-pointed star, bow in a quiver, quivers, gorytos, stars, fish, animals, bows, weapons. Weight 5.95 g; diameter ~19.5–20.3 mm.
