Reverse: Marcus Aurelius in military attire riding a horse to the right, holding a long spear; in front of him stands a soldier with a spear and shield, behind him three soldiers with legionary standards; inscription 'COS III' and within the field 'PROFECTIO / S C'. Date: 169–170. Roman Empire. Bronze coin; diameter approx. 32.5–33.0 mm, weight 27.70 g, axis 0°.
