Crown Double Ducat, Jan III Sobieski (King of Poland; 1674–1696), struck in Bydgoszcz. Obverse: Bust of Jan Sobieski in a laurel wreath facing right, dividing at the bottom the rim inscription: IOAN:III D:G:REX POL.M:D:LIT.R:PR. Reverse: Under the crown, a shield with the coats of arms of Poland, Lithuania and the Sobieski family. In the rim, an inscription divided at the top by a crown: SOLI DEO LAUS HONOR & GLORIA. Date: 1674–1696. Coin, weight 6.78 g., A round metallic object with a golden color fills the image, showing an embossed circular design divided into four quadrants by a raised cross and surrounded by a decorative border and a crown motif near the top; each quadrant contains a different raised emblem including bird-like figures and horse-mounted figures, and there are ornate flourishes and small raised dots around the crown and inner border.
