Crown Double Ducat, Jan III Sobieski (King of Poland; 1674–1696), minted in Bydgoszcz. Obv.: Bust of Jan Sobieski in a laurel wreath facing right, dividing at the bottom the rim inscription: IOAN:III D:G:REX POL.M:D:LIT.R:PR. Rev.: Under the crown, a shield with the coats of arms of Poland, Lithuania and the Sobieski family. In the rim, an inscription divided at the top by a crown: SOLI DEO LAUS HONOR & GLORIA, 1674–1696. Coin, weight 6.78 g., A circular gold-colored coin with a raised profile of a person facing right wearing a laurel wreath and draped clothing; the surface shows engraved details and textured shading, with a rim around the edge and a ring of raised decorative elements near the border.
