Counterfeit coin (from the period), 1624. Obverse: Bust facing right in mitre and electoral mantle, sceptre in right hand, left resting on a sword hilt; figure's head divides the inner border. Rim inscription GE,ORGWI.L:HEL:MV.G.GM.ZBR:A:Nx. Below the ducal mitre is a five-field coat of arms with ornaments; date numerals 4-2 on the sides of the shield. Rim inscription divided by a mitre and terminating in a hallmark (cornflower) D.H:R:RER:T:CVC:HV:R:FI:P.ZGG:B:H:. Subject: George William of Hohenzollern (Elector of Brandenburg; Duke of Prussia; 1620–1640) — iconography. Ducal Prussia (1525–1701), Königsberg. Coin; diameter 38.0 mm, weight 5.41 g, axis 0°.
