Denarius of Commodus (reign 177–192 CE), 190–191 CE. Obverse: laureate, right-facing bust of the emperor with inscription 'M ANT PF EL AVG BRIT PP'. Reverse: the Genius standing left, holding a patera over an altar in his raised right hand and a cornucopia in his left, with inscription 'GEN AVG F ELIC COS VI'. Roman imperial silver coin (weight 3.22 g).
