Obv. A bust in armor turned right, girded with a sash, a sceptre in his right hand. In front of the bust, on the right side in the coin field, a helmet with a plume. Below the date numeral 1621. The figure's head divides the inner border. In the rim between the borders, the inscription +GEORG.WILHELMUS.V., .Z.BRAN.x Rw. Under the ducal mitre, a five-field coat of arms shield with ornaments. In the rim between the borders an inscription divided by a mitre +DHRRER, CV, 1621. George William Hohenzollern (Elector of Brandenburg; Duke of Prussia; 1620–1640).
