Obverse: Prussian eagle with crowned letter S on its chest; on the rim between pearl borders an inscription beginning with a trefoil (mirror-image N), 'ER*D*G*MAR*, AN*DVX*PRVSS'. Reverse: male bust in armor in profile turned right; short hair, long pointed beard with sideburns, dividing the inner rim; in the rim between beaded rims an inscription beginning with the Hohenzollern shield '*IVS, VS*EX*FIDE*VIVIT*I545*'.
