Groschen with countersignature of the City of Gdansk, 1577. Publisher: Schilling, Maciej; publisher: Decjusz, Jost Ludwik (fl. 1528–1535). Minted in Gdansk, 1577 during the siege. Rarity: R5. Obverse: Prussian eagle, on its breast the crowned letter S; in the rim between pearly borders an inscription beginning with a trefoil ALBER*D*, *MAR*BRAN*DVX*PRVSS. Reverse: Male bust in armour, profile turned to the right; short hair, long pointed beard with sideburns, dividing the inner border; in the rim between pearly borders an inscription beginning with the Hohenzollern shield *IVSTVS*EX*FIDE*VIVIT*I545*. Iconography: Albrecht Hohenzollern (Prince of Prussia; 1490–1568) – coat of arms, male busts in armour. Countersignature: vertical hook crossed twice with projections in two directions. Date: 1545. Place: Ducal Prussia (1525–1701), Königsberg. Coin: diameter 23.4 mm, weight 2.11 g, axis 45°.
