Decius Grosz (fl. 1528–1535). Silver coin (Ducal Prussia, Königsberg), 1535; diameter 23.4 mm, weight 1.85 g, axis 45°. Obverse: Prussian eagle; on its chest a crowned letter S; in the rim between pearl borders an inscription beginning with a rosette ALBER*, *MAR*BRAN*D, *PRVSS. Reverse: male bust in armor in profile facing right, short hair, beard with sideburns; in the rim between pearl borders an inscription beginning with the Hohenzollern coat of arms*, STVS*EX*FID, VIVIT*I535*. Iconography: eagles, Albert of Prussia (Prince of Prussia; 1490–1568), Hohenzollern coat of arms, male busts in armor.
