Obv.: Prussian eagle, on its chest the crowned letter S; on the rim between the pearl borders an inscription beginning with a tower — the mint master's mark; between the words one dot. Inscription: ALBERTVS DG DVX PRVSSIE. Rev.: The letter A, below which the heraldic shield of the Hohenzollerns; on both sides of the letter one rosette; in the rim between the pearl borders an inscription beginning with a rosette, one rosette between the words: SOLIDVS PRVSSIE. 1557.
