Denarius - bracteate: one-sided coin depicting a triangular shield with a cross whose arms reach the shield's edge. At the intersection of the cross's arms is a ball; one ball appears on each side of the shield. Above the shield is a cross with expanding arms. Iconography: shield with cross, shields, triangular shield, balls, crosses; associated with the Teutonic Knights (Order). Ca. 1307/1308–ca. 1317/1318. Diameter 14.6 mm; weight 0.21 g.
