Denarius - bracteate: one-sided coin featuring a triangular shield with a cross whose arms reach the edge. A single ball lies on the shield where the cross arms extend; three balls appear on both sides of the shield and above it. Iconography: shield with cross, shields, balls. Issued by the Teutonic Knights (Order). ca. 1307/1308–ca. 1317/1318. Diameter 15.7 mm; weight 0.23 g.
