Reproductive graphic in the crayon maniéré technique, 18th century. Academic study of a male nude, produced as a graphic print (height 50.0 cm, width 39.5 cm). Notes: the crayon drawing technique was developed to reproduce drawings by famous artists for collectors and for academic study; this engraving was based on a study by Carle van Loo, professor and director of the French Academy, and executed in the valued crayon maniéré manner.
