Above them sits a bearded male figure with radiating beams behind his head, flanked by two larger winged angels in the upper corners. To the right a multi-headed dragon-like creature with wings and crowns on some heads is depicted in a dynamic posture, its necks and heads twisting among clouds and stars; a long sinuous tail or serpent curves upward toward a field of stars. The lower foreground contains rocky ground, plants, and flowing water, and the whole scene is enclosed by a decorative border. The visible colors are black lines on an off-white or beige background with faint pale yellow and gray tones in the border.
