Signature under the image of Saint Casimir: IMVS (Ian Masieski Vilnesis Sculpsit). Masieski also signed with variations such as IM V. sc. and IMS. Obverse: image of Saint John of Nepomuk with a crucifix, with a bridge span in the background; at the bottom a rocaille ornament with flowing water and a reed on the left. Reverse: image of Saint Florian extinguishing a burning house on the left with water poured from a bucket; rocaille ornament at the bottom.
