Subjects and iconography: coats of arms; quadripartite coat of arms in a scrollwork cartouche under a mitre with a crosier; on both sides, figures standing on plinths against a background of columns forming an arcade; left: holy bishop donor with a model of the temple; right: papal figure with a papal scroll; between the plinths, a horizontal scrollwork cartouche. Reverse: Madonna and Child. Materials, dates and dimensions: oil; recto ca. 1550, verso ca. 1600; graphic matrix/plate and painting; height 28.1 cm, width 22.1 cm.
