Obverse: bust of Chosroes II facing right, wearing a crown decorated with two wings, a crescent and a star; on the left a star, on the right within a crescent; beads around the neck and a central triangle composed of three dots; behind the crown two ribbons; double pearl rim; behind the rim at the bottom and on both sides a crescent with a star; Pahlavi inscription. Reverse: a burning altar; to its left the ruler/Arsaces standing upright with a sword; to the right a priest standing upright holding a sword; a star at top left and a crescent at top right; signs/monograms on both sides; triple pearl border with four crescents with stars outside it; Pahlavi inscription.
