Obverse: bust of Chosroes II facing right, wearing a crown decorated with two wings, a crescent and a star; left of crown a star, right within a crescent; beads around the neck and a central triangle of three dots; behind the crown two ribbons; double pearl rim; behind the rim at the bottom and on both sides a crescent with a star; Pahlavi inscription. Reverse: a burning altar; at left the ruler/Arsaces standing straight with a sword; at right a priest standing straight holding a sword; star top left, crescent top right; signs/monograms on both sides; triple pearl border with four crescents with stars outside it; Pahlavi inscription. Date: 590–628. Persia. Coin. Weight: 4.50 g.
