Obverse: bust of Khosroes I right; crown with diadem, crescent with a star at right, star at left; short curly beard, hair tied back in a lock; beads on the neck with a central triple triangular bead, second long chain, earring of three triangular beads. Pahlavi legend. Reverse: burning altar with the ruler standing at left holding a barsom, priest at right holding a barsom; star at top left, crescent at top right, signs/monograms at both sides; pearl rim.
